For our BUYERS we are offering (for a LIMITED TIME) up to a 50% Rebate of OUR commission which we will pay to YOU at closing (minimum commission to Austin Discount Realty of $5,995). This means that on a $400,000 property (with a 3% commission) we will give you back at closing $6,000. For a $500,000 property we will give you back $7,500 at closing, all for just using us as your Real Estate broker.
